Chandra Brown

Ms. Chandra René Gant-Brown passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019.  A Homegoing Service will be held Saturday, December 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Pastor Nathaniel Jerome Kelly, officiating.  A Hillsborough County native, Chandra René Gant-Brown made Tampa, FL her home for forty years.  She leaves behind: a loving mother, Deborah Brown; her father, Michael Brown; 3 children, Brionna Jones, Tyreashjha West, and Dalmonta Givens; a granddaughter, Sa’Riyah Alexander; brother, Courtney James Brown (Lakecia); 3  sisters, Christian Gant (Richard), Corey Brown (Allen), and Chambrica Brown; a grandmother, Evelyn Gant; a grandfather, Ceasar Gant (Patricia); loving aunts, Cathleen Gant, Cynthia Rolfe, Nechole Felvia Flowers (Ron), and Bianca Gant; uncles, Nathaniel Jerome Kelly (Anita), Ceasar Gant Jr. (Annette), Reggie Gant, Kenny Gant (Treves), Eric Gant (Selena), Brandon Gant, and Anthony Gant; her great aunts, Johnnie Mae Johnson, Shirley Fason, Jeanette Rice, and Twanda Andrades; her great uncles, Adam McKenzie and Curtis McKenzie; nieces and nephews, Lil’ Courtney Brown, Christian Brown, Zarrian, Bridget, Saniya, Sadira, Nicklas, Summer, Allen, and  Amari; a very special cousin, Tameka Gant-Clark; a host of cousins, extended family and friends. The remains will repose after 5 p.m. Friday, December 20th at Ray Williams Funeral Home. Arrangements entrusted to RAY WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, Rhodes & Northern, Owners.
