Denise Shantell Albury Obituary

Ms. Denise Shantell Albury of Tampa passed away Friday, December 27, 2019.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Ms. Denise Shantell Albury was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida.  She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School.  Ms. Albury was employed by McAlister Deli.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, Keosha Dessaure, Demario Albury, Antonius Bagwell, Antonae Bagwell, and Antonaya Bagwell; grandchildren, Damya Albury, Delani Albury, Arniyah Thompson, Michael Albury, Armiyah Thompson, and Da'Myra Albury; her devoted loving mother, Gail Albury; stepfather, Jessie Jackson; brothers, Marlo Albury and Michael Jackson; sister, Jessica Jackson; loving companion, Trevor Hodge; uncles, Bernard Albury (Cecilia), Michael Albury, Sr. and Leonard Albury (Lenora); God daughter, Jameshia Harris; and a host of nephews, cousins and friends.

The remains will repose after 5 p.m. Friday, January 3 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
