Retired Chief Petty Officer Kevin B. Mitchell transitioned from this life to be with the Lord, Monday, October 28, 2019. A Homegoing Celebration will be held, Sunday, November 10, at 3:00 p.m., at Bible-Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace, 8718 N 46th St., Tampa, Reverend Dr. Earl B. Mason, Senior Pastor.
CPO Mitchell was educated in the public school system of Hillsborough County and graduated from Hillsborough High School, Class of 1987. He enlisted into the United States Navy in October 1988.
He was preceded in death by: his Grandparents, Leon and Estelle Eubanks, Carrie B. Mitchell and Leroy B. Mitchell.
Kevin leaves precious and loving memories with: his devoted wife, Jacquelyn L.
