Ada Patricia Fields

Mrs. Ada Fields-Guy of Brandon, FL passed away, Thursday, April 14, 2022.  Funeral services will be conducted Friday, April 22, 2022, 8:30am at Ray Williams Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffrey Singletary, officiating.  Interment will follow in Florida National Cemetery.

Ada was a native of Tampa, FL, and a resident of Tampa for 68 years.  She attended St. Leo College at MacDill Air Force Base.  She was a retired Sergeant (Sgt) at Hillsborough County Sheriff Office.

Ada was preceded in death by her beloved and devoted husband, Robert Guy; mother, Aline McGowin; father, William Poe; 2 uncles, Ernest Leasure and Dale Leasure; 1 aunt, Rose Lee; first husband, Harold Fields; son, Kevin Guy; and grandson, D’Antay McRoy.

She leaves to cherish her memory, 4 daughters, Sonya Fields (Anthony), Latasha McRoy (Charlie), Phanarat Guy (Kevin), and Wasana Guy (Brian); 12 grandchildren, Briana McRoy, Ke’yana McRoy, Phillip Campisi, Kerry Guy, Mario Davis, Ciara Guy, Tierra Alexander, Micah Alexander, D’Angelo Best, Diont’a James, Kelsi Guy, and Kendall Guy; 24 great grandchildren, and host of nieces and nephews.
