Ms. Annie L. Green, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Her homegoing celebration of life and love will be held, Saturday, October 24, at 4 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33607 with Pastor Marvin Coleman, Presider and Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
Ms. Green was the second youngest of eleven siblings born to the late Marie and Charlie Green. She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County – graduating from Hillsborough High School. Annie continued her education and graduated with an Associate in Arts Degree from Tampa Bay Bible College and was a member of the Greater Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church. Annie loved her family and was very devoted to their care and wellbeing. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Ms. Annie Green leaves to celebrate her life of love and compassion for others: her daughter, Latosha Martinez (Tot); sons, Jamar Perkins, and Michael Green (Mike); grandchildren, La Shaniquek Rosebury (LaLa), Dorian Martinez, Jamarcus Perkins, Jada Perkins, Jawaun Perkins, Layla Perkins, Talia Williamson, Mykal Green (AJ), and Amir Green; three brothers, Mr. Melvin Johnson, Mr. Charlie Green (Buddy), and Mr. James Green (Bo); two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ward and Ms. Marie Dove (Rie); many nieces, nephews, cousins as well as her devoted friends and neighbors.
The visitation will be held, Friday, October 23, from 3 – 7 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33607. We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
