Mr. Antonio Brown of Tampa passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Greater New Salem Primitive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska Avenue with Reverend Duaney Griffin, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. MASKS ARE REQUIRED
He was a lifetime Tampa native, attending the public schools of Hillsborough County. Antonio was employed at the University of South Florida.
Antonio was preceded in death by his father, Jack Brown Jr.; brother, Reginald Brown Sr.; paternal grandmother, Coloyer Miller; maternal grandmother, Corean Brown; uncles, Edgar Spires, Nathaniel Brown, and Mayfield Spires; aunts, Cornette Thomas, Annette Spires, Jeanette Spires, and Crystal Troupe.
He leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Kyle Brown, and Antonio Brown Jr.; two grandchildren, Kyle Brown Jr. and Kylie Brown; a loving mother, Varresse Brown-Rubin; three brothers, Michael Grayson, Anthony (Linda) Brown, and Reginald Anderson; two sisters, Coloyer Brown and Regina Brown-Lewis; three uncles, Gregory Miller, Anthony Miller, and Rubin Harris; three aunts, Veronica Troupe, Claudette Mungin and Pam Johnson; ten nephews, five nieces along with a host of great-nephews, great-nieces and cousins.
The remains will repose from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2021, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue Tampa, FL 33606. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
