Berlioz Alphery Jean-Pierre was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida, born the youngest son of Marcel and Brigitte (Auguste) Jean-Pierre. Berlioz was a born survivor who slipped through the hands of death several times in his short life. He grew into a strong charismatic young man. He cherished and enjoyed life to the fullest but above all he loved and cherished his children. “Burr” had the magic to make any situation feel less heavy. Even though he could cast a shadow like an oak tree he allowed the sun to beam through his smiles. His smile carried the joy, hope and love of his family. God granted him the blessing of passing quietly away in his sleep with his family.
He is predeceased by: his grandfather, Cristian Jean-Pierre; grandmother, Olympe Augusetin; grandfather, Lambert Auguste; grandmother, Altagrace (Bruce) Auguste; his aunt, Yolonda Peck; and his three uncles, Wilson Jean-Pierre, Adonaza Auguste, and Belerc Auguste.
Surviving are: his sons, Messiah S. Jean-Pierre and Kadin A. Jean-Pierre; daughter, Le’Niya D. Jean-Pierre; one brother, Vladimir Jean-Pierre and his wife Jenny Paillant, and their children Leon Jean-Pierre, Ian Jean-Pierre, Vanya Grace Jean-Pierre, his sisters, Rachel Jean-Pierre and Judith Jean-Pierre and her daughter, Zarah B. Foucault and his many aunties, uncles and cousins located across the United States, Canada and Haiti. The visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m., Saturday, October 3, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N Howard Ave, Tampa, FL 33606. Family and Friends alike are welcome.
We are asking that you follow the CDC guidelines and please wear face mask at all times.
