Carol Anglin Beckford

Mrs. Carol Anglin-Beckford of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Friday, February 19, 2021.  Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, March 6, at 2:00 p.m. at Champion's Life International Church, 501 2nd St. SE Ruskin, FL 33570.  Please contact Ray Williams Funeral Home for church service location or visit www.raywilliamsfuneralhome.com for further information.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Ms. Carol Anglin-Beckford was a native of Kingston, Jamaica born to Kenneth and Eva Anglin.  Carol was the 5th child of 7children born to this marriage. She also had 2 other siblings, making a total of 8 siblings. 

She was married to her ex-husband, Lipton Beckford and from that union they had 2 children, Melinda and Nathaniel, and her oldest son, Antywan, was also raised within this union. She loved her children very dearly.  Throughout her lifetime, Carol loved to travel.  She worked as a Typesetter for The Florida Sentinel Bulletin, and Department of Housing in Tampa. She finally found her calling as a Mortgage Consultant at Chase Bank, in Jacksonville, FL and the Bank of America, in North Carolina, until she was no longer able to work. Carol was a very loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Her Loyalty and Love for her family supersedes everything. Her love for fashion and Glamour was top notch.  

Left to cherish her memories: children, Antywan, Melinda and Nathaniel; grandchildren, Zyaire, Herlando Jr., and Hezekiah; her sisters, Donna, Jennifer (Leroy), Rose (James), and Juanita; her brothers, Michael, Vincent (Maureen), Daniel, and Monte; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will truly be missed. We love her more.  The remains will repose from 3 – 7 p.m. Friday, March 5 at Ray Williams Funeral Home. We are asking family and friends to please follow the CDC Guidelines.  Masks are required.  Arrangements entrusted to RAY WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, Rhodes & Northern, Owners.
