Ms. Clote Wallace of Tampa, Florida passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Pastor Timothy Cohen, officiating. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Ms. Clote Wallace was a native of Donalsonville, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for 64 years. She attended the Donalsonville, Georgia School System and was a member of New Salem Primitive Baptist Church. She was employed as a CNA at Brady's Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Agusta and Sernella Whatley-Wallace; son, Major Larry L. Thompson and son-in-law, Charles Morris.
She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Marvene Thompson-Morris; grandchildren, Ronald Thompson, Sr., Ronald Thompson-Gruber, Carla Thompson and Jerry Long, Jr.; like a granddaughter, Twanda Evans; Godchildren, Deloris Hester and Hattie Johnson; ex son-in-law, Jerry Long, Sr.; great grandchildren, Marcus Thompson, Ronald Thompson, Jr., Christina Williams, Ronderick Curtis, Paris Williams, Asia Williams, India Champion, LaRhonda Thompson, Ireland Troupe, Imen Williams, Mary-Talisha Williams, Belnoah Williams, Harmony Williams, Serenity Pearsall and Treasure Williams; great great grandchildren, Jenaro Faison, Jayce Faison, Deangelo Williams, Germany Williams and a host of family and friends.
The remains will repose on Friday, September 3 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
