Ms. Evelyn Clark of Tampa passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Minister Carolyn Chambers, officiating. Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required. Ms. Evelyn Clark was a native of Clewiston, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 35 years. She was a graduate of Clewiston High School and furthered her education with Edward Waters College. Ms. Clark was a member of Glory Filled Assembly. She was employed as a Aide with the School District of Hillsborough County.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Whitfield and Susie Clark Sr.; grandchild, Trellini Amber Baker; siblings, Curtis Alexander, Katharine Doctor, Janie Holmes, Patricia Harvey, Whitfield Clark Jr., and Tony Clark, Sr.; and nephew, Tony Clark, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Trushilda Allen of Sanford, North Carolina, India Morris (Robert), and Leigh Ann Clark of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Isaiah Wanya Brown, Andre Jermaine Baker. Jr., Derica Andrea Allen, Kellan Omari Clark, Robert Morris III, Richard Octavian Morris, and Ryan Demetrius Morris; brother, George Alexander; sister, Ismay Kerr; brothers-in-law, Michael Kerr, Abie Holmes, and Grant Harvey; nephews, Michael Young, Kenneth Doctor, Michael Kerr, Jr. and Curtis Clark; nieces, Audrey Doctor, Karin Doctor, and Andriana Harvey; friend, Andrea Smith and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
