Mrs. Evelyn Inez Bronson-Edwards of Tampa passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend James P. Mitchell, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mrs. Evelyn Inez Bronson-Edwards was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Henry B. Plant High School and furthered her education with Tampa College and Erwin Technical College and began her career as a Correctional Nurse.
She leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her absence: her surrogate daughter, Temika Bronson; grandchildren, Aaron Ghee, Christopher Ghee, and Mickayla Augustin; her loving mother, Electra Bronson (Tim); siblings, Jeffery Bronson, Sr. (Barbara), Tylvis Bronson (Louise), Gina Bronson (James), Alvin Bronson (Anika), Brian Bronson, LaVonndrea Bronson, and Eddie Bronson, Jr.; step-siblings, Albert Perry (Denise), Lawrence Sanderson (Rosie), and Leon Henry Sanderson (Toni); aunts, Elizabeth Koonce, Eartha Johnson (Huston), Elouise Graham (Joe), and Sharon Williams (Marcus); uncles, Randolph Pope, Lorenzo Bronson (Carol), and Ulyesse Grace (Imogene); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins and special companion, Teddy Tinsley; and special friend, Ethel Wright.
The remains will repose from 3-7 p.m., Friday, September 11, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
