Felecia was educated in the Pontiac Oakland County school system until the 12th grade. Graduating from Blake High School in Tampa, FL, Felecia also attended The Tampa Skills Center graduating in the Administrative Secretary Field in Tampa, FL.
Felecia held various professional positions throughout her career, such as, a Law Enforcement Clerk, File Clerk for the Tampa Credit Bureau, Hillsborough County Schools Transportation (School Bus Chaperone) and Administrative Secretary. The positions she loved the most were the ones working with children. One of her later positions was a Secretary at McFarlane Magnet School in Tampa, FL. Plant High School where she worked as an Administrative Secretary for a short time and due to health issues, she retired from the Hillsborough County School system. Felecia met many wonderful people and acquaintances during her career and considered many of them family keeping in frequent contact with them. Felicia enjoyed Art and Crafts and was known for going all out during the holidays by decorating the office and baking special treats for the students and staff.
In recent years, Felecia developed some unexpected health issues which proved to be greater than she could handle. Felecia is finally at peace and no longer suffering, she is in the hands of the Lord. She was loved and will be fondly remembered by her Family and Friends. Felecia was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister, cousin and friend to those who knew her.
