Henry Felton, Sr.

Mr. Henry Lee Felton, Sr. of Tampa departed this life on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Celebration of Life service will be conducted Saturday, February 20, at 11 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.  Interment will follow at the Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.  Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required. 

Mr. Henry Lee Felton, Sr. was a native of Byromville, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for many years.  Mr. Felton retired with over 40 years with the City of Tampa.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Lena Felton; parents, Johnny & Emma Felton; brothers, Ed Felton, and J. B. Felton; and sisters, Beulah Felton, Carolyn Amaker, and Nellie Sheppard.  

He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Paulena “Rashe” Miles (Dennis); sons, Henry Felton, Jr., Rick Felton and Tony Butler; grandchildren, Henry Felton, III, Trevon Felton, Bruce Hills, Dennis Miles, Trishounda Butler, Briana Butler and Kimye Tony Butler; sisters, Willie Mae Jaudon, Marilyn Short, Johnnie Mae Collins (Tony), and Iradene Burch; sisters-in-law, Edna Anderson, and Mary Jane McGruder; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The remains will repose from 3 – 7 p.m. on Friday, February 19, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.  We are asking family and friends to please follow the CDC Guidelines.  Masks are required.
