Jacob Tyler Frazier of Tampa FL passed away peacefully surrounded by love, worship, and prayers on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Church of Seffner, 11471 Pruett Road, Seffner FL 33584, Pastor Jesse Smalley II, Pastor; Elder Aundre Green, Eulogist. MASK RECOMMENDED.
Jacob was born in Lancaster, South Carolina to Erica Duncan-Frazier and Harry Frazier Jr. on November 1, 2005. He received his formal education in the Lancaster County and Hillsborough County Public Schools. Jacob had natural athleticism and was an excellent soccer and football player. He also thoroughly enjoyed fishing. Jacob accepted Lord as his personal Savior and was baptized on April 20,2019. He was known by his friends as being the life of the party and for being a “go getter”.
Jacob is preceded in death by: his Father, Harry Frazier; and his older Brother, J’Quayl Frazier.
Jacob leaves to cherish his memory: a loving and devoted Mother, Erica Duncan; little Brother, Jeremiah Duncan; Sisters, Taijaria Duncan, Jordan Duncan, and Jackson Duncan; Great-Grandparents, Willie and Louise Green; Grandmother, Theresa Frazier; Grandparents, Aundre and Angela Green; great Uncle, Clinton Duncan (Maxine); great Aunt, Dorothy Ann Israel; Uncles, James “Jimmy” Israel, Markee Duncan (Alicia), Eugene Duncan (Gavette), Rico Duncan, and Andrew Green (Bianica); Aunts, Tonya George, Trenee Israel, Sharee Duncan (Sulaiman), Latasha Duncan, and Kayla Frazier (Moriah); and a host of relatives, surrogate family, and friends who loved him dearly.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. MASK RECOMMENDED.
