Mr. John Lowman of Tampa passed away Monday, September 28, 2020. A Private Memorial Service was conducted Monday, October 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend Leon Gallon, officiating.
Mr. John Lowman was a native and resident of Tampa, Florida. He attended Harlem School and was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Lowman was a member of Christ of Calvary Community and retired from the City of Tampa Sanitation Department.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of 64 years, Marion Patterson Lowman; sons, Johnnie, Curtis, Nathaniel (Vernae) of GA, Curtis (Alicia), Andre’ (Felecia), Johnathan (Tonia) of GA, Johnel and Shawn; daughters, Maeola, Virginia, Lisa (Tyrone), and Nybie (Carlton); 30 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, Margie Allen of New York; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
