Joseph Lowe, III

Mr. Joe “Joseph” Lewis Lowe, III of New Port Richey, Florida passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020.  A Graveside Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday July 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, with Elder Aaronn B. Hayes, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow.  Please follow the CDC guidelines.

Mr. Joe “Joseph” Lewis Lowe, III was a native and lifelong resident of West Tampa, Florida.  He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and enjoyed his career as a Car Salesman.

He was preceded in death by: his grandmothers, Queen Ann Riley and Mary Alice Lowe; his parents, Mr. Joe Lowe and Valarie Council.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter, Jo’Deja Lowe; four sisters, Takesha Council, Lachandra Lowe, Anquananitha Curry, and Arlene Tolliver; brother, Maurice Lowe, all of Tampa, FL; 6 nieces,  Zakia Burden, Kamora Rodney, Jer’myya Tillman, Re’Nyya Cotton, Autumn White and Summer White; 8 nephews, Tytis Glover, Zachary Burden, Jaheim Johnson, Kani Rodney, Darris Washington Jr., Jermaine McMillian, Jr. Jequan McMillian and Darian Tapere; a host of aunts, uncles, other loving relatives and friends.   The remains will repose from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 10 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.   We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines.
