Joyce Manning Hinton

Ms. Joyce Ann Manning Hinton of Tampa, Florida passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 2204 N. Highland Avenue, Tampa with Pastor Eric L. Davis, officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

Ms. Joyce Hinton was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 65 years.  She was born to Dan J. Manning and Edith Brinson Manning.  Joyce was a graduate of Blake High School, Class of 1965.  After graduation, Joyce was employed by GTE Telephone Company.  After retiring from GTE, Joyce attended Brewster Vocational Tech receiving a degree in Cosmetology, Computers and Psych Tech.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dan Manning; mother, Edith Brinson Manning and grandson, Raymond J. Thompson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, four children, Leslie Y. Lovett of Tampa, FL, Earl M. Richardson of Columbus, GA, Dan J. Richardson of Killeen, Texas and Andre D. Richardson of Tampa, FL; 15 grandchildren, Jimmie Thompson and wife, Raquel Thompson of Orlando, FL, Andre Lovett, Marissa Lovett, E’mari Richardson of Jacksonville, FL, Alexzandria Richardson, Jonathan Mitchell, Bradford Richardson, Matthew Hall, Shayna Richardson of Killeen, TX, Stephanie Richardson of Killeen, TX, Solail Richardson of Killeen, TX, Shawn Richardson of Killeen, TX, Daniel Richardson of Killeen, TX, Zion Richardson of Killeen, TX and Andre Richardson, Jr. of Tampa, FL; 11 great grandchildren, Marques, Josiah, Melody, Harmony, Mars, Alana, Jazmine, Melony, Kendall, Andre, Ace and Artist; 7 siblings, Eunice George, Daniel Manning, LoVetta Ballard, LoRandy Manning, Uris Manning, Iris Manning and Jimmy J. Manning; nieces and nephews, Carleen Ballard, Carol George, Kathy George, First Timothy Manning, Javaris, Janelle, Gerald and Jimmy Manning and Dear Sister in Christ, Gloria Terry.

The remains will repose from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 9, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
