Kenneth Pattersaul Obituary

Mr. Kenneth “Peedy” Pattersaul, Sr., of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 29, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at First M.B. Church of Highland Pines, 4711 E. 21st Ave., Tampa, Florida 33605, with Rev. Cleveland Lane, officiating and Rev. Melvin Aikens, eulogist.  MASKS RECOMMENDED. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Pattersaul was a native of Hillsborough County, and a lifelong resident of Tampa. He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, and was a member of First M.B. Church of Highland Pines. Kenneth retired from the Florida Department of Health in 2013.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife of nineteen years, Nancy Johnson Pattersaul; two sons, Kenneth Pattersaul, Jr. and Kendall Taylor, Sr. (Barbara); four daughters, Kimberly Peeples (Courtney Sr.), Chaquana Houser, LaShaunba Patrick (Alex Sr.), and Latasha Houser; twenty-two grandchildren, Angel Ford, Kendall Taylor Jr., Jeremy Taylor (Anna), Cherry Mann (Jairius), Traciana Taylor, Rashard Ford, Marquez Reed (Clara), Antonio Postell (Kelly), Brandon Grant (Kimleisha), G’ustyce McKethan, Ja’Liyah Williams, Jeremiah Williams, Gabryelle Houser, Amyrah Pattersaul, Courtney Peeples, Jr., Legend Peeples, Alex Patrick, Jr., Ava Patrick, Alexandria Patrick, Haleigh Edwards, Za’Lyan Larry, and Za’Mauri Larry; thirty-eight great grandchildren; sister, Rhudine Givens; mother-in-law,  Bernice Johnson; five brothers-in-law, Harold Johnson (Catherine), Larry Johnson, Russell Johnson, Wendell Johnson, and Alvin Johnson; six sisters-in-law, Glenn Marshall, Melody Johnson, Carolyn Johnson, Lori Gordon, Sherrie Robinson, and Lutelia Broome; and, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, Florida 33606. MASKS RECOMMENDED.
