Ms. LaShan Peacock-Davis of Tampa, FL was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 18, 2021. The Celebration of Life Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 8, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, 1302 N. Willow Ave., Tampa, FL 33607, with Rev. Dr. Rayford Harper, officiating. MASKS RECOMMENDED.
LaShan Peacock-Davis was a native of Tampa, FL and resided here for 60 years. She attended Hillsborough High School. LaShan was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of West Tampa where she served in the Inspirational Choir, Young Adult Choir, Vacation Bible School, and the Junior Mission ministry. She was employed as an Insurance Adjuster (retired).
LaShan was preceded in death by her father, Vernon H. Peacock; and her grandmother, Corene Campbell.
LaShan leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Alvin Cephas Davis; mother, Cora Peacock Felton; brothers, Gregory K. Peacock (Deionne), Ronald Xavier Peacock (Tonya); sisters, Veronica G. Peacock, Gina Y. Peacock; uncle, John Hayes, Jr.; aunt, Cecil Hayes; special nieces, Cheri Thomas, Rhonda Bostic, Keacia Newsome, Katrina Peacock; special nephews, Michael Davis, Vernon Davis, Ronald Peacock, Jr., DeAndrre Peacock and Jartavis Peacock; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other sorrowing relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. MASKS RECOMMENDED.
