Mrs. Marion Lucille Lowman of Tampa passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 27 at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Tucker-Johnson and Pastor L. Gallon, officiating. Interment will be held Monday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513. Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required.
Mrs. Marion Lucille Lowman was a native of Greensville, North Carolina and a resident of Tampa for many years. She was educated in the public schools of Pitt County, North Carolina and was a devoted housewife, who loved and cherished her family. Mrs. Lowman was a faithful member of Christ of Calvary Community Church.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Annie Mae Kimble and Charlie Patterson; husband of 64 years, John Lowman; son, John K. Lowman; and sister, Cornelia “Nita” Battle.
She leaves to cherish her memory: sons, Nathaniel (Vernae) of Georgia, Curtis of Tampa, Andre (Felicia) of Tampa, Jonathan (Tonya) of Georgia, Johnel of Tampa, FL, Johnnie and Shawn; daughters, Mae of Tampa, Virginia of Tampa, Lisa (Tyrone) of Tampa, FL and Nybie (Carlton) of Tampa; 30 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; sister, Annie Lee Patterson-Wooten; niece, Michelle Wooten; two aunts, Georgiana Harris and Elizabeth Kimble and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose from 3 – 7 p.m. Friday, February 26 at Ray Williams Funeral Home. We are asking family and friends to please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required.
