Martha Knight

Ms. Martha Knight, of Tampa, Florida, peacefully departed this life on Monday, January 10, 2022. The Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606, with Dr. Florence Parra, Senior Pastor, Grace of God Church, officiating. MASKS RECOMMENDED. Interment to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Martha was born a twin in Tampa, Florida on May 12, 1960, to Thomas A. Knight, Sr. and Mary Wise Knight. She graduated from Robinson High School and was a member of Victory Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas A. Knight, Sr.

Martha leaves to cherish loving memories, her mother, Mary Wise Knight; twin sister, Mary Knight, other siblings, Ollie Mae Sharpe, Debra Knight, and Annie Knight, Thomas Knight, Jr. (Brenda) of Fayetteville, NC; aunts, Trudie Reid and Carrie Smith of Moore Haven, FL; uncles, James Wise (Etta), Tommy Wise, and Jimmy Wise, all of Cordele, GA, George Wise (Gwen) of Snellville, GA; nieces, Katina Fleming (Darryl), Camica Dickerson, Lakisha E. Sharpe, Shaquanda Wilson, Precious Knight and Breandra Knight of Fayetteville, NC; Kennethia Stephens (Lance), Olivia Saunders (Brandon), and Shaquae White; nephews, Demonte McAllister (Heidi), Kenneth McAllister, Jr. (Stephanie), Kentae McAllister, Sr., Marquis Ford (Rionna), Julius Mingo, Jr., Brandon Knight, LaDered Phair, and Carrick King of Fayetteville, NC; third generation nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606. MASKS RECOMMENDED.
