Mrs. Maxine Delisca, of Tampa passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 17, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church,5909 Vel Street. Wimauma, FL. Interment will follow in Wimauma Community Cemetery. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
Mrs. Maxine Delisca was a native of Wimauma and a resident of Tampa for 30 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Amonty Delisca Sr.; children, Helena Blackwell, Erica Stephens, Amonty Delisca Jr., and Damontray Delisca; grandchildren; Davonta James, Natasha James, Davion Jeanty, Yves Jeanty 3rd, Tadeja Jeanty, Kendall Jeanty, Giovanni Key, Erik Jeanty, Quincy Jeanty, Arianna Wesley, Aaron Wesley Jr., Bianca Jackson, Azzareya Jackson, Timothy Jackson Jr., Kingston Jackson, Naomi Charles, Christian Baker, Amonty Delisca 3rd, and Alaiya Delisca; stepdad, Kelly Hoyt; sisters, Sharin Golfin, Karin Edward (Michael), Michelle Golfin, Tina Allen, and Nicole Allen; brothers, Johnny Golfin and Michael Young; nieces and nephews, Jeanso Delisca, Rosie Delisca, Rony Delisca, Joes Louis, and Jardine Delisca; aunts, Lucille Cooper (Louis), Fannie Washington, Alleen Walker, Gladys Wilcox, Geneva Nelson (Raleigh), and Nancy Nellon (Izell); uncles, Rudolph Walker, Samuel Allen (Elizabeth), Willie Charles, Curtis Allen, and Nathan Allen; special cousin, Delarine Stephens and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
The remains will repose from 3-7 p.m. Friday, October 16, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue. We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
