Mother Betty Louise Williams of Brooksville, FL, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Brown Memorial COGIC, 2313 E. 27th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605, with Bishop Anthony Gilyard Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mother Betty Williams was a native of Tifton, GA and a resident of Tampa for 60 years. She attended Hillsborough Community College and was a member of Triumph COGIC and Brown Memorial COGIC. She was also the county mother for Triumph COGIC for over 20 years. She was employed as a Chef/Dessert Specialist at Tampa Marriott International Airport.
She leaves to cherish her memory: sons, Ernest Foster Jr., Stanley T. Foster, and Devonne E. Foster; daughters, Trina Balwin (Harold), and Yvette Johnson; sister, Jennifer (Walter) Burns; brothers, Charles Dixon, Ronald (Mary) Dixon; grandchildren, Marquita Y. Young, Earnest D. Foster III, Troy S. Foster, Charles Foster, Alayna N. Parks, Lang Parks Jr., Glen Foster Jr., Austin Foster, Glennesha Foster, Matthew Foster, Corey Foster, Jamecia T. Blount, Brionna A. Blount, Devonne Foster, Tiara Stokes, Brandi Carr, Ashley Johnson, Cortni Johnson, Elizabeth Foster, Treneice Collins and Tiffani J. Harper-Boatman; 32 great-grandchildren; 1 great- great-grandchild and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and beloved friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
