Mr. Alex Thomas Perry

Mr. Alex Thomas Perry of Tampa, FL, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at New Progress Missionary Baptist Church, 3307 E. Shadowlawn Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610, with Rev. Alvin Winfield Officiating.

Alex Perry was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 62 years. He attended Hillsborough County Schools and was a member of New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Demetria Donaldson (LaGarrian), Ichmael Nieves, Rhonesie Limehouse, Sheneva Limehouse (Joe), Alex Limehouse (Neisha), Davante Perry, and Alexandria Perry; Bonus son, Antonio Williams; 31 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Mary A. Perry Cromartie (Julie); brothers, Alonzo Sneed (Christine), Joseph Perry Jr. (Julie), and David Perry (Alicia); aunts, Jannie Wilson, Thelma George, and Johnnie Gallon; significant other and caregiver, Christine Bigsby; like a sister, Darlene Bigsby; forever friend, Linda Limehouse; longtime friend, Johna; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
