Mr. Andre Barrett Spivey

Mr. Andre Barrett Spivey of Riverview, FL, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026. A Homegoing Celebration and Final Harmony Service will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Superintendent Clethen Sutton, Officiating.  The Service will be livestreamed through the Ray Williams Funeral Home website (https://www.raywilliamsfuneralhome.com).

Mr. Spivey was a proud veteran who enlisted in the United States Air Force, dedicating honorable years of service to his country. Following his military service, he pursued higher education, attending Morris Brown College, the University of South Florida (USF) and Northcentral University. He built a distinguished professional career, notably serving as a Cyber Security Incident Manager at Millennium Physician's Group. He was also honored as a "40 Under 40" business leader by the Tampa Business Observer for his professional excellence and entrepreneurial leadership.

He was a man of deep faith, an avid traveler, and a passionate musician whose love of music brought beautiful harmony to everyone around him.

Mr. Spivey leaves to mourn: his loving and devoted wife, Joscelyn Spivey; his cherished children, Jaylan Spivey, Isaiah Spivey, and Andre Spivey. He is also survived by: his beloved parents, David Barrett Spivey and Alesia Thomas; his devoted brother, Jareal Spivey; his loving sister, Champaigne Spivey; his dear mother-in-law, Judy Borden; and the three precious children, Tylan Amerson, Israel Amerson and Brookelin Borden whom he lovingly cared for and protected within his home; along with many cousins, a host of family members, close brothers in heart, friends, and loved ones who will forever treasure his legacy of faith, love, and service.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (prior to the service) at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
