Mr. Benjamin John Stewart

Mr. Benjamin John Stewart of Tampa, FL passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2024. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Bethel AME Church, 5001 Cumberland Drive, Tampa, FL 33617, with Pastor R. A. Polk, Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Benjamin John Stewart was a native of Monticello, Florida, and a resident of Tampa for 70 years. He attended Bolen Elementary School and was a member of Bethel AME Church. He was employed as a Garbage Collector and Driver at The City of Tampa.

He leaves to cherish his memory: nieces, Margaret A. Scippio (Dade City, FL), and Doris Mobley (Brooksville, FL); stepdaughters, Ritchie Belle Hicks (Largo, FL) and Viola Sampson (Daytona Beach, FL); and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives throughout the United States.
