Mr. Calvin Hardaway Obituary

Mr. Calvin Hardaway passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday August 6th, 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Tyron Langston, Officiating.

 

Calvin was born on March 2, 1946, in Eufaula Alabama. Calvin was a classic car enthusiast. He enjoyed cooking, negro league baseball, listening to music, fishing, and spending time in the great outdoors.

 

 He was preceded in death by: his parents; Jimmie Lou Hardaway and Samuel Coleman Sr.; stepfather, Enmon Osgood; sisters, Jimmie Mae Davis, Ella Mae Hardaway, and Delores Lawson; and brothers, Daniel Hardaway, William Coleman, and Charlie Coleman.

 

He leaves precious memories with: his sons, Calvin Devose (Barbara), Napoleon Laws, Zabrien Hardaway Sr., and Antwan Hardaway (Shereeka); sisters, Catherine Morris, Doris Henderson, and Betty Key; brother, Samuel Coleman Jr.; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

The visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.  MASK RECOMMENDED.
