Mr. Carl David Fitts Sr.

Mr. Carl David Fitts Sr. of Tampa, FL passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, from natural causes. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610. (Please wear commemorative tee shirts)

Mr. Carl David Fitts Sr. was born June 14, 1953, to Narssica Fitts in Panama City, FL. Carl Sr. attended grade school in Panama City and moved to Tampa for high school. He married Brenda J. Wright, and they went on to have five children together, Carlina M. Pridgen (Anthony), Carl D. Fitts Jr. (Robin), Samuel Michael Fitts Sr. and twins, Oriella J. Fitts, and Orionee E. Fitts.

He is preceded in death by: his Mother, Narssica Fitts; Brothers, Jessie Lee Fitts and James Earl Fitts; and his Beloved Sister, Betty Allen.

He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Stealey and two others in Tampa; Sister, Julia Jefferson; Brothers, Samuel Fitts (Pressa) and Robert Fitts Sr. (Lee Bertha); Grandchildren, Ronald Henry Jr. (Chiquita), Bre Nicole, Edronique Clark, Imani Fitts, Ahmad Fitts, Amari Fitts, Samuel Fitts Jr., Brendan Fitts, Jonathan Stealey Jr. and Jah’Zieria Lution; Great Grandchildren, Daron Henry, Dorria Henry, Daree Henry, twins Dorothy Henry and Ronald Henry III, Jarod Thomas, Jariyah Thomas, Afrikah Griffin, Artist Griffin, Kyhani Robinson, and Jerome Moore; he was loved deeply by a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends throughout Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, Panama City, FL, Rochester, NY, and all over.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 11, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
