Mr. Cedric Maurice Edmonds

Mr. Cedric Maurice Edmonds of Tampa, FL, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Greater Mt. Carmel AME Church, 4209 N. 34th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, Reverend Kelvin Price, Pastor, with Bishop Eric D. Edmonds, Officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Mr. Edmonds was a native of Tampa, FL and a resident for 44 years.  He attended Hillsborough High School and Syracuse University and was a member of Greater Mt. Carmel AME Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  his mother, Lillie C. Martin; his children, Ahmad Edmonds, Caziah Edmonds, Mekhi Edmonds (mother, Alysha Cobb), and Nahla Edmonds (mother, Brittany Allen); his brothers, Alfred Martin (Karla), Eric Edmonds (Phatisha), and Derrick Edmonds (Malika); his nieces and nephews, Alicia Desmond, Alfred Jr., Austin, Kayla, Judah, Nasir, Caleb, and Noelle; his aunts, Mary Robinson, Jannie Nelson, Ruby Speights (James), Elanor Martin, Josephine Spivey, and Christine Vickers.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
