Mr. Don Walton

Mr. Don Walton of Tampa, FL passed away on Wednesday, January 4,2023.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church, 1225 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida with Dr. Rev. B. R. Fulton, Jr., Officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery. MASK RECOMMENDED.

Don was born in Tampa, Florida, to Linda Rodgers and Donald Walton. He was preceded in death by: his Maternal Grandparents, Mr. Herbert Lee Rodgers, and Mother Edna Mae Rodgers. Paternal Grandparents, Mr. Walter Walton Il, and Mrs. Juanita Payton Walton.

Don accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He was a lifetime Tampa native and a graduate of King High School, Class of 1996. He worked with the City of Tampa and did Construction on the side. Don enjoyed dressing up. His favorite attire was Polo. He loved Chevy's.

God has chosen Don during this season, but he leaves precious memories to be forever remembered by: his Wife, Mrs. Sherri Walton; 3 Sons, Dontay Walton, Dontavious Walton, and De’Markus Forte; 1 Daughter, Shontavia Walton; 1 Grandchild, Josiah Walton; Mother, Mrs. Linda Rodgers Black (Ronald); Father, Mr. Donald Walton (Debbie); 3 Brothers, Ronald Golden, II, Antoine Walton, and Cordell Walton; 1 sister, Ashley Walton; Best Friends, Tony Veal, and Amarcus Brooks; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.  

The visitation will be held on Friday January 27, 2023, from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue Tampa, Fl 33606. MASK RECOMMENDED.
