Mr. Gilbert Gregory

Mr. Gilbert Gregory passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Pastor David Jones, Officiating. MASK RECOMMENDED.

 Mr. Gilbert Gregory was born on September 11, 1954, in Tampa, Florida to the late Wesley and Annie Gregory. He attended school in Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Plant High School Class of 1972.  He was formerly employed with Art Stoltenberg Paving Company where he worked as a paver for over 25 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  his daughters, LaTonya Williams (Carlos), LaToya Wingfield (Tony), and Bashka Brewer (Travaris Sr.);  grandchildren, Antoinette Nunn, Antonio Nunn Jr., Carlos Williams III, Ichmael Hampton, Paityn Hampton, Travaris Hampton Jr.,  and Acen Hampton; brother, Larry Crosley (Paula) of Kingston, TN;  aunt, Minnie Little of Quitman, GA; niece, Jenna Crosley; cousins, Diane Williams of Atlanta, GA, Godfrey Thomas (Laura) of Quitman, GA, Linda Small, Reginald Hudley (Anita), and Kaysonia Hollis all of Tampa, FL; god sister, Sister Joy “Ruby”; good friends, James Evans, Walter Madry, and Matthew McGee; extended family, Dudley, Thomas, and Wimbley; and a host of other loving family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel. MASK RECOMMENDED.
