Mr. Leon P. Haynes

Mr. Leon P. Haynes of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.

Mr. Leon P. Haynes was a native of Tampa, FL and a resident for 66 years.  He attended Jefferson High School.  He was employed as a Line Cook for many years. 

He was preceded in death by:  his parents, Patricia and Perry Haynes and his brother, Vincent Haynes.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  his son, Leon Prater; brother, Doyle Haynes; sister, Donna Walker Haynes and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
