Mr. Michael Riccardo Dennard

Michael Riccardo Dennard of Tampa, FL passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Pastor Darnell Peeler, Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Michael Riccardo Dennard was born to the late Mrs. Irene Dennard Harris on May 5, 1955, in the Seffner area. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, where he attended C. Leon King High School; there he played drums in the marching band.

Mike's Lawn Service was his pride and joy, and he took great pride in every home, church and business that he serviced. Mike had a great love for fine cars and keeping them as clean as possible. He could always be found with a hot cup of coffee, or a cold Pepsi. He was a person with a very kind heart, and always willing to help anyone in need.

M&M as he was affectionately called in his younger years, had an infectious smile. He loved spending time with his friends in the Seffner / Thonotosassa areas. Mike will be sorely missed by those he loved, and those who loved him.

He was preceded in death by: his mother, Irene Harris; 2 brothers, Jorice Dennard Sr., and Fredrick Dennard; grandmother, Mamie Dennard; mother-n-love, Anita S. Norton. 

He leaves to cherish fond memories of him with: his wife, Delya Norton- Dennard; 4 sons, Keyvus Sr. ( Mary) Smalls, Andrew (Deonna ) Holloway, Adrian (Latori) Easterling,  and Amir Johnson; 4 grandsons, Keyvus Jr., Kaden and Jordon Smalls, and Ronald Bell; 5 granddaughters, Zariyah, Janiyha, Shariyah Holloway, Nyla Easterling, and Ayesha Bell; 2 sisters, Casanthia (Willie) Mingo, and Michelle Shakey Peterson; aunt, Louise Dennard; brothers-n-laws, Delbert Norton, and Elder Jerr'e (Shunae) Norton; sister-n-law, Ashanti Norton; nephews, Jorice Jr., Kris Sr., Chris, Greg, Willie Jr., Fredrick Jr. , and Denny; nieces, Katina, Akia, Beth, Lamecha, and Joshala; cousins, Georgia (Freemon), Louis, Thomas(Deloris), Jimmy (Doris), Lashawn, Roy(Billie), and Jedecia; special friends, Charles Foster, Leo, Harold, Kim, Cateye, Rick, Speedy, Clifford, Jit, Thomas, and Auntie Marilyn; and a host of other family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
