Mr. Raymone Moncell Small of Tampa, FL, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at New Victory

Baptist Church, 8425 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33604, with Pastor Clarence M. Nathan, Officiating.

Mr. Small was a native of Tampa, FL for 54 years. He matriculated in the Hillsborough County School System.  Mr. Small was employed as a Middle School Teacher at Adams

Middle School.

He was preceded in death by: his devoted grandparents, Mr. Rudolph Nathan, Sr. and Ms. Emma Nathan; sister, Christina Small; and aunts, Ella Nathan Dilworth and Carol Dilworth.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted mother, Johnnie Small Williams; sisters, Felicia Danzey, Kayla Brook, and Hyacinth Murray; uncles, Rudolph Nathan (Pat) and Clarence Nathan (Dee Dee); and a host of other relatives, cousins, and friends.
