Mr. Rudolph Cornelius Bailey

Mr. Rudolph Bailey of Tampa, FL, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Pastor Prentiss Davis, Officiating. 

Mr. Rudolph Bailey was a Tampa native and a resident for 75 years.  He attended Howard W. Blake High School.  He was employed by the City of Tampa, Wastewater Department.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  his wife, Mary Bailey; son, Robert Bailey; stepsons, Kevin Carr and Oscar Olds(Shae); sister, Mary Toombs; nieces, Trini Moore and Theresa Moore; brother-in-law, James Moore; nephews, Melvin and Kelvin McQuay, Anthony Moore, Jeremiah Williams, Freddie Haynes Jr., Antonio Moore, Anthony Moore Jr., and Prince Brian Pope; and his only grandson, Jeremiah Cole; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
