Mr. William Michael Jordan of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Reverend Dwayne Craig, Officiating. Burial services will take place at a later date at Bay Pines National Cemetery, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL 33708.
Mr. Jordan was a native of Birmingham, AL and a resident of St. Petersburg for 74 years. He attended Palatka Senior High School and Bethune-Cookman College. He served in the United States Air Force and retired as a Veterans Claims Supervisor for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
He leaves to cherish his memory: sister, Ardis Wortham (Therman); niece, Kimberly Craig (Reverend Dwayne Craig); nephew, Keith Howard (Vanessa); step-nieces, Tracy Broussard (Delferd), Traimaine Wortham (Shannon), Crystal Wortham, and Tomeka Mill (Calvin); step-nephews, Jordan Wortham, Titus Wortham, and a host of grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
