Mrs. Cynthia Barlow-Miller

Mrs. Cynthia Barlow-Miller of Tampa, FL, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Dr. James Rosier, Officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Mrs. Barlow-Miller was a native of Tampa, FL and a resident for 67 years.  She attended Hillsborough High School and was a member of Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church.  She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the medical field and an early childhood educator.

She was preceded in death by: her devoted parents, James Barlow and Roberta Williams; brother, David Barlow; brother-in-law, Stanley Weaver Sr.; aunt, Louise Hudson; niece and nephews; Relisa Taylor, Byron Weaver, and Justin Lawrence; cousins, Jannie Mae Carter, Patsy Blount, Shirley Hudson, Cora Lee Hughes, Jaime Hughes, Taeshod Andrews, Delarosa Blair, and Aaron Hudson.

She leaves to cherish her memory:  two devoted children, Devita Hutchins and Joe Williams (Jyneatrice); grandchildren, Marquaevion Barnes, Darius Williams, Brejae Hutchins, Tykeria Berry, and David Williams; great grandchildren, Tyleria Brown and Bryson Hutchins; husband, Heyward Miller; two loving God children, Edrise Walker and Marnecia Howard; devoted brother, James T. Williams Sr.; devoted sisters, Patricia Williams, Carrie Jackson, and Effie Weaver; nephews; James T. Williams Jr. (Melissa), Stanley Weaver Jr., and Michael Williams; nieces, Latonia Wilcox (Derrick), Toqulada(Kevin), Quinnette Lillie, Alexis Williams, Gwendolyn Jackson, and Kayneeia Weaver; special cousins, LaSonia (Duck) and Louis Hudson; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
