Mrs. Diane West-Smith of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Community Holiness Church, 2002 E. 15th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605.

Diane West Smith was born July 16, 1957, to Mother Claretha West and Father Eugene West. She was the 2nd child of 10 children. She attended Hillsborough County School and worked in Food Services. She was a mother of 3: Salita Johnson, Crystal Berry, and James Wilson. Diane was the proud grandmother to 22: Shureese Johnson, Alex Harris, Curneshia Ross, Jadai Wilson, Asia Williams, Antwannia Slater, Antwanisha Slater, Antonio Slater, James Wilson III, Jaden Wilson, James Wilson III, Jahim Wilson, Jeremiah Wilson, Antiana Slater, Paige Garvin, Payton Garvin, Parnell Garvin, Janiya Wilson, Jaryie Wilson, Prince Richson, Jalanie Wilson, and Jakia Wilson. She was also the great-grandmother to 3: Brandon Wise Jr., Malyia Williams, and Jalayah Davis.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 08, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
