Mrs. Evelina Troupe of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Pastor Larry Troupe, Officiating. 

Mrs. Troupe was born on October 30, 1942, in Ocala, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Cecilia Brown; her sons, Larry Brown and Bobby Dove; her brothers, Eugene, Lorenzo, and John Brown; and her sisters, Lillie Mae Terrell, Lorine Bernard, and Aza Lee Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving and devoted husband, James Troupe; her bonus children, James IV (Julia), Jarvis, Aaron, and Jequila Troupe, and Cecelia and Mariyln Baldwin; grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Rosa (Sam) Gathers; mother-in-law, Margaret Troupe; brothers-in-law, Pastor Larry and Douglas Troupe; sisters-in-law, Sharon Troupe, Patricia Hines, Janice Whitening, and Sylvia Thompson; extended family, Derek (Sallie) Close, Gordon (Tracy) McBride, Sonny (Lisa) Sanders, Dennis (Terry) Lopez, and Robert Huffman; and many loving and devoted nieces, nephews, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins and friends.
