Mrs. Frances Miller of Tampa, FL, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at First Union Missionary Baptist Church, 3707 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, FL 33610. The interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mrs. Frances Miller was born in Albany, Georgia, on August 30, 1935, to the late Charlie Lackey and Willie Mae Lacky. Frances accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. She was a faithful member of First Union Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor B.E. Garmon, Sr., M.D. IV.
Frances’ smile sounds of laughter, jokes, and love will live in the hearts and minds of her loving family. She leaves to cherish her memories and to celebrate her life: daughters, Gail, Annette, Lois, and Lashawndra; sons, James (Dana) and Richard (Connie); nieces, Willie Mae and Jessie Mae; nephew, Danny; cousins, Myralean, and Cecil; and a host of grand, great-grand, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
