Mrs. Katherine White

Mrs. Katherine White of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Pastor Donald Lott, Officiating.

Mrs. White was a native of Broxton, GA and a resident of Tampa for over 40 years. 

She was preceded in death by:  her parents, Garfield Sanks and Marie Sanks; brothers, Theodis Sanks, Findia Sanks, Charlie Sanks, Smith Sanks and Humble Sanks; sisters, Irene Sanks and Laura Sanks-McKever; and children, Janice Jackson and Anthony White.

She leaves to cherish her memory:  her brother, Willie Sanks; children, Dorothy White-Jenkins and Charlie White; grandchildren, Carlton White, Catherine White, Bridget White, and Jamal Homer; nine great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
