Mrs. Shawn Deanie Southward

Mrs. Shawn Deanie Southward of Tampa, FL passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024.  A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Shawn Deanie Southward was a native and resident of Tampa for 56 years. She was a member of The Pentecostal Church of God.

She is preceded in death by: her mother, Hattie P. Mention.

She leaves to cherish her memory:  her husband, Ronald Southward; children, Demario Mention, Reeshe Mention (Alicia), and Dontae Mention (JaNay); grandchildren, Journee Mention, Taraji Mention, Reshaya Mention, Chase Mention, and Chance Mention; father, Thomas L. Mention Jr; and siblings.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
