Ms. Angela Renee Fulton-Lowery

Ms. Angela Renee Fulton-Lowery passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, 1302 N. Willow Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607, with Reverend Harper officiating/eulogist.

Angela Renee Fulton (Ms. Angie/Kookoo) was born April 26th, 1960, in Kendall, FL, to Eva Mae Fulton Fluellen and Robert Fulton, Sr. She attended Miami South Ridge Senior High School, where she played varsity basketball and graduated from Class 1977. After High School, she married her high school sweetheart, Carl Lowery whom she beared and shared two sons, Quincy Lowery and Theodore Fulton. Angela enlisted in the US Army in 1979, where she was status at Fort Lewis, Washington, and was honorably discharged in 1983. In 1989, Angela relocated to Tampa, FL, where she lived, served, and volunteered in the West Tampa Community while working as a Security guard and a Cleaning Custodian. While also being a member of the First Baptist Church of West Tampa, she met Frederick Larry, with whom she beared and shared her youngest and last child, Angelo Larry. In her final days, she migrated and joined New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church as a devoted churchgoer.

Angela was preceded in death by: her parents, Eva Mae Fulton Fluellen and Robert Fulton Sr.; and her brothers, Robert Fulton, Jr., Darryl Fulton, Lucious Fulton, and Gregory Fulton.

Angela leaves to cherish her memory: her sons, Quincy Lowery of Tampa, FL, Theodore Fulton(Xavia) of Tampa, FL and Angelo Larry of Tampa, FL: her grandchildren, Teshoun Phillip, Patrick Teel, Quinyatta Lowery, Quincierra Lowery, Aniyah Davis, Theodior Fulton and Harmony Larry (All Of Tampa); her siblings, Janie Fulton Centeno of Miami, FL, Shirley Lyons of Tampa, FL, Mary Burrows(Ricky) of South Carolina and Abe Timothy Summers (Ronnece) of Atlanta, GA. She also leaves behind Frederick Larry; a devoted niece, Kathy Jennings-Kendrick (David); special friends, Franchonette Gonzalez, Ethel Ferguson, Susie Boon, Janet Kelly, O’Neal Smith, LaTesha Reed, Mr. Feelgood, “Big Neal”, and the Fudge Family; amongst a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and a plethora of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
