Ms. Cynthia Lula Harrell of Warner Robinson, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33606 with Julie Jackson, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Cynthia Lula Harrell was a native of Tampa for 50 plus years but later relocated to Warner Robinson, Georgia. She graduated from Blake High School. She attended Evening Star Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. She was a retired nurse (LPN).
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Cynthia (Regina) Weaver; son, Bernard Flowers Jr.; grandchildren, Daniel (Kierstin) Reeves, Carina Flowers, Jarvis Flowers, Bernard (Jamiya) Flowers III, Stephan (Tiffany) Flowers, and Toby Frazier; great-grandchildren, Danyelle, Raekwon, Jeremiah, Cayden, Devin, Jamarion, Janaris, Ja’Niyah, Summer, Lil Jarvis, Aaliyah, Amari, Aria, Bernard IV, Atlas, Isaiah, David, and Imani; sisters, Margarette McDowell, and Sandra Smith; nieces, Debra (Willie) Cobb, Michelle (Eric) King; nephews, William Bostick, Joseph (Loretta) Trammel, Bradley Smith, and Brenton Scales; and a host of friends, classmates, and church family.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
