Ms. Deborah Ann Scott of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Pastor Donald Lott, Officiating.
Ms. Scott, a native of Havana, Florida, has resided in Tampa for over 50 years. She attended Robinson High School and later worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at numerous Nursing Homes in the Tampa Bay Area.
She was preceded in death by: brother, Alfred Turner Fain; mother, Pearl Taylor; father, Turner Fain Jr.; aunt, Airdean Shepherd; and son, Tommy Hill Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Crystal Crawford (Lance); grandchildren, Devontae Hill, Tommi Hill, Alize Hill, Christopher Hill, Thomas Hill, Terrene Hill, Lancelot Crawford Jr., Nathaniel Hill, and Alexandria Crawford; siblings, Gwen Duggins (Albert) and Ronald Fain; uncles, Dan Hayes Jr. and Earl Hayes; nieces, Felicia Spearman (Baron) and Latasha Duggins; cousins, Rose Gardiner, Judy Spicer (Alfonso), and Abigail Willis (Horace); great niece, Brienne Spearman; and a host of great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
