Ms. Helen Golfin of Wimauma, FL passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at First Prospect Missionary Baptist Church, 6012 Edina Street, Wimauma, FL 33598 with Pastor Shane Callum, Officiating. Interment will follow in Wimauma Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 6012 Edina Street, Wimauma, FL 33598.

Helen Golfin was a native of Wimauma, FL and a resident of Wimauma for 77 years. She attended schools in Hillsborough County, was a Homemaker, and was a member of First Prospect Missionary Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her long-term companion, Hoyt Kelly; 3 daughters, Michelle Golfin, Sharin Golfin (Mark), and Karin Edward (Michael); son, Johnny Golfin; granddaughters, Tequonda Porter, Helena Blackwell, Aleshia Golfin (Deion), Fediana Edward, Erica Stephens, Mariah Reddick, Matesha Shaw, LaQuasha Golfin, and Juanita Golfin; grandsons, Reginald Gay (Katie), Gerard Golfin (Amanda), Peter Frederic, Alexander Frederic (Charlotte), Deleon Bradley, Isaiah Reddick, Demontrae Delisca, Amonty Delisca Jr., Melvin Golfin, Marcell Golfin, Robert Young III, and Johnny Golfin Jr.; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 4 God granddaughters; and 1 great God granddaughter; sisters, Lucille Cooper (Louis), Fannie Washington, and Eileen Walker; aunt, Ora Bell Levins; best friend, Ms. Pearl Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
