Ms. Irma J. Martin

Ms. Irma Jean Martin was born on August 31, 1959, in Tampa, Florida to Chattie Lee Martin and James Martin Sr.  She departed from her earthly form and transcended to the heavens on Friday, December 20, 2024. 

Ms. Irma Jean Martin was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. She also pursued her college education in Sanford, FL.   She began her career at McKesson Drug Company for over 30 years. She was a devoted sister, auntie, and godmother.

Irma was preceded in death by: her parents, James Martin Sr. and Chattie Lee Martin; and brother, Willie Earl Martin. 

Those left behind to cherish her memory are: his siblings, Geraldine Stevens (Robert), James Martin (Mattie), Ella Sallins (James), Charles Martin, Johnny Floyd Martin, Anndra  Martin (Betty), Bella Burroughs, and Tyrone Burroughs; Godsister, Aurienta Madison (Darryl); Godbrother, LaMarvin Brown (Latoya); Godson, Tishunz Armondz Logan; close friend, Delma Roker; aunts and uncles, Catherine Nealy, Clifford Cummings, and Janie L. Moore; and host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
