Ms. Joyce Ann Anderson of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, 2:30 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Joyce Ann Anderson was a native of Tampa, FL, for 66 years. She attended Jefferson High School and Blessed Hope Bible College.

She was preceded in death by: her daughter, Darryln Anderson; her parents, Jennie Anderson and James Anderson Sr.; her brother, James Anderson Jr.; and her sister, Elaine Anderson Rollins.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving and devoted soulmate, Fred E. Williams; loving children, Jennie Murray (Michael), and Michael Anderson; grandchildren, Joyce Council, Damion Council, Michael Anderson Jr., and Braelin Anderson; great-grandchildren, Jameyah Rodriguez, Damon Williams, Da’Nyliah Williams, Jayden Peeples, Malanie Council, and Miy’la Council; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
