Ms. Kyi'Ayaisa Robinson Obituary

Ms. Kyi’Ayaisa “Kakee” V. Robinson of Tampa, FL, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Jacksonville, FL.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 34th Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, Tampa, FL 33605, Bishop Thomas Scott, Senior Pastor and Reverend Victor Whaley, Officiating. Kyi’Ayaisa, affectionately known as “Kakee,” was employed by Domino's and Amazon, Inc. She was known for her beautiful smile, gentle spirit, and quiet nature. She shared a special bond with her best friends, Seriniti Baez and Devon Rogers, as well as with her younger brother, R.J., who was not only her sibling but also one of her closest friends.

Kyi’Ayaisa attended Hillsborough County Public Schools and graduated from George S. Middleton High School. As the eldest of her siblings, she also held the cherished distinction of being the oldest granddaughter on her father's side of the family.

Kakee loved her dad and her brother, R.J. Together, they traveled to various work destinations across the United States. Whenever she visited her paternal grandparents, Kakee was always greeted with warm smiles and loving hugs. As her health declined, Kakee found comfort in being surrounded by her spouse, her dad, and her brother, R.J.

Kakee also shared a special love for the Christmas season with her Nani. Her favorite colors were green and red, and her favorite comic book character was Spider-Man.

To honor Kakee's final birthday wish, which she had shared with her dad, the family gathered for a crab boil. Kakee loved seafood, especially shrimp and boiled eggs.

Preceding Kakee in her untimely demise were:  her maternal great-parent, John Riggins; paternal great-grandfathers, Ivy Kirkland and Russell Goldsmith; paternal great-uncles, Michael C. Kirkland and Theophilus Robinson.

Kakee leaves cherished memories with: her spouse, Racquel Harrell; mother, Sheika Riggins; father, Ronnie Robinson; siblings, maternal, R.J., Davion, Devon, Kyi’mari, and Kyi’moni; paternal, Roniyla, Gi’ Onnie, Lo’ Relli, Ronni, Isaiah and Iyanna; maternal grandmother, Connie Riggins; great grandparent, Fannie Riggins; paternal great grandparent, Annie Goldsmith; paternal grandparents, Rodney and Yvonne Kirkland; maternal aunts, Shemeka Hall, Jackie Riggins, Johntavia Riggins, and Vanessa Riggins; paternal aunt, Mary Robinson-Kirkland; great aunts, Kerry Kirkland, Trienicia (Edward) Washington, Roxanne Burgess and Stephanie  Robinson; paternal uncles, Rodney (Sharee) Robinson and Michael Kirkland; paternal great uncle, Willie (Twanda) Kirkland; friends, Devon Rogers and Seriniti Baez. Kakee’s memory will always be cherished by a host of cousins and sorrowing relatives on both sides of the family. There will be no viewing following the sermon. We kindly ask that you respect the family's wishes during this difficult time.
