With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lourdes Aponte Cosme on Saturday, April 11, 2026. She was a truly loving and compassionate soul who touched the lives of all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, located at 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.

Lourdes was a woman of great kindness, always ready to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and deeply empathetic nature made her a source of comfort and strength for so many.

She leaves behind a legacy of love in her devoted children: her beloved son, Christian, and her cherished daughters, Lilly and Neema. She was also a proud and adoring grandmother to her precious granddaughters, Yazlynn, Yarilyz, and Mia, who brought immense joy and light into her life.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Lourdes carried her vibrant spirit with her when she made Tampa, Florida, her home in 2009. From that time on, she became an irreplaceable part of our lives, filling every moment with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Though our hearts ache with her absence, we find comfort in knowing that her love will remain with us forever. She will be deeply missed beyond words, but her spirit will continue to live on in each of us.

We are endlessly grateful for the love she gave so freely. Words cannot fully express how much she meant to us and how deeply she will be missed.
